1 Monthly Condenser Coil Maintenance
WARNING: DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY BEFORE CLEANING ANY PART OF THE UNIT
Preparation
Disconnect electrical power supply
Remove louvered panel by lifting it up and pulling the bottom out
Cleaning the Condenser Coil
Clean dirt and lint from the condenser coil using a vacuum cleaner or soft brush
Use an approved condenser degreaser to remove grease
Reassembly and Power Restoration
Replace louvered panel by installing top of the panel into track and pushing in the bottom so it fits inside the opening
Stainless Steel Cleaning
Routine Cleaning
Select cleaning agents used
Sponge with cloth, then rinse with clear water and wipe dry
Smears and Fingerprints
Select cleaning agents used
Rub with cloth as directed on the package
Tenacious Deposits, Rusty Discolorations, Industrial Atmospheric Stains
Select cleaning agents used
Swab and soak with clean cloth, let stand 15 minutes or more according to directions on package, then rinse dry
1 Monthly Condenser Coil Cleaning
Preparation
Ensure the service is performed by an authorized & trained service technician
Remove screws mounting the condensing guard to the condenser cabinet
Remove 3 screws from the condensing unit base (2 in front, 1 at right rear)
Retract the condensing unit from the condenser cabinet on a sliding shelf
Remove the right side panel if accessible
Cleaning Procedure
Remove grille
Use vacuum and soft brush to dislodge and remove dust on and in the coil
1 Weekly Condenser Filter Cleaning
Access the Condensing Unit
Remove the louvered panel from the front of the unit
Lift access panel up and pull outward to remove
Remove and Clean the Condenser Filter
Remove the magnetic condenser filter by pulling the filter framing away from the condenser

1 Weekly Storage Cabinet Cleaning
Safety Precautions
Disconnect electrical power supply before cleaning any parts of the unit
Cleaning Storage Cabinet
Remove the drawer from the drawer frame modules
Use warm soapy water to clean storage cabinet doors
Ensure cleaning materials do not contain the following
Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean soft cloth
Rub in the same direction as the grain pattern of the stainless steel
