Select cleaning agents to be used

Remove the tumbler from the machine

Clean the rest of the trimmer components as per the instructions

Ensure no forklift is used to unload the machine from the crate.

Verify all items are accounted for and in good condition (refer to ‘WHAT’S IN THE CRATE?’ section).

Describe any missing or damaged items.

Assign a trim team resource to monitor the trim tote fill level and stop the line when necessary.

Ensure the trim tote is not overfilled to prevent material bypass.

Stop the Infeed Conveyor (if using).

Turn off the blades, vacuum, and tumbler by pressing the dials on the control panel.

Disengage the trim tote lock levers.
