Undo the nuts (1)

Turn the tensioning nut (2) counterclockwise with the combination wrench – approx. 1/4 turn, as far as it will go = 0

Pull the water hose out of the guide in the V‑belt guard

Removing the Old V-Belt

Remove screw (3)

Check mark

Raise the V‑belt guard (4) slightly and pull it off to the front

Remove the V‑belt from the front pulley

Unscrew the nuts (1)

Water Attachment Removal

Banjo Bolt Removal

Check mark

Unscrew the banjo bolt with the combination wrench

Remove the square nut from the inside of the guard from the guide

Water Hose Detachment

Check mark

Remove the water hose with connector from the adjusting lever

Pull the water hose out of the guide in the V‑belt guard

Post Removal Check

Is the water attachment completely removed?

Spark Plug Removal

Switch off the engine

Unscrew the screw and remove cap

Unplug the spark plug boot

Check mark

Use the combination wrench to unscrew the spark plug

Check mark

Check that all parts are in place after removal

Inspect the removed spark plug for wear or damage

Clean the area around the spark plug hole

Pull the fuel pickup body out of the tank with a hook

Disconnect the fuel pickup body from the hose

Connect a new fuel pickup body to the hose
