Hammer Strength Angled Flat Bench

Remove adjusting pin from crossmember assembly and front leg assembly

Rotate front leg assembly up and into place

Insert adjusting pin into crossmember assembly and through stop plate groove on front leg assembly

Place Hammer lock nuts into crossmember assembly

Install screws and lock washers securing rear leg assembly to crossmember assembly using a 3/4" wrench

Tighten hardware to specified torque

Inspect hardware on all machines and tighten any bolts or nuts that may have loosened

Paint Inspection and Maintenance

Fill in paint chips with manufacturer's touch-up paint if any are found

Inspect all accessories for wear

Visually inspect all hardware for loosening, tampering, or wear

Check hardware for loosening and tighten as required

Inspect frames for wear and damage

Clean upholstery with an approved or compatible cleaner

Wipe down upholstery with a mild soap and water or comparable all-purpose cleaner

Clean frame with a mild soap and water
