TH6 Thermistor Disassemble
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Disconnect the connectors, TH6 and TH7 (red), on the controller circuit board in the electrical parts box
Loosen the clamp for the lead wire in the rear of the electrical parts box
Pull out the thermistor <Outdoor 2-phase pipe> (TH6) from the sensor holder
Note: In case of replacing thermistor <Outdoor 2-phase pipe> (TH6), replace it together with thermistor <Outdoor> (TH7), since they are combined together
Remove thermistor <Outdoor> (TH7)
Sign off on the thermistor disassemble
Outdoor Unit Refrigirant Charging
Cautions for service
Refrigerant recovered from the unit completely
Refrigerant released in the air
Cycle charged with specified amount of refrigerant after service
Filter drier installed during service
Additional refrigerant charge
Cylinder for R410A is a syphon type
Charging performed with the cylinder of syphon stood vertically

High Pressure Switch Disassemble
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Upload a photo of the removed electrical parts box
Remove 3 right side panel fixing screws (5 ✕ 10) in the rear of the unit and remove the right side panel
Pull out the lead wire of high pressure switch
Recover refrigerant
Remove the welded part of high pressure switch
Note 1: Recover refrigerant without spreading it in the air
Note 2: The welded part can be removed easily by removing the right side panel
Accumulator Disassemble
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Remove 2 front cover panel fixing screws (5 ✕ 10) and remove the front cover panel
Remove 2 back cover panel fixing screws (5 ✕ 10) and remove the back cover panel
Remove the electrical parts box
Remove 3 valve bed fixing screws (4 ✕ 10), 4 ball valve and stop valve fixing screws (5 ✕ 16), then remove the valve bed
Remove 3 right side panel fixing screws (5 ✕ 10) in the rear of the unit and then remove the right side panel
Recover refrigerant
Remove 2 welded pipes of accumulator inlet and outlet
Reactor A30/A36 Disassemble
Service panel removed

Top panel removed

Electrical parts box removed
