LEV Replacement
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Recover the refrigerant through the check joint (low-pressure (LP) side) on the left side of the unit next to the plate heat exchanger.
Select the type of refrigerant circuit
Remove the pillars by unscrewing the four M5 screws.
Cut the tie band as required, and remove the LEV coil.
Select the type of LEV
Remove the U-pipe located in front of the LEV by removing the braze from the two areas shown in the figure.
Braze the pipe that was removed in the previous step to the new LEV.
Pressurize the unit from the high pressure side when the unit is airtight or charged with refrigerant.
Fan Replacement
Warning: Ensure the power is off before starting the procedure
Center panel removed by unscrewing the ten M5 screws
Fan motor relay connectors disconnected
Bell mouth and mounting plate removed by unscrewing the four M5 screws
Tie band cut and fan motor wire bundled and placed near the fan motor
Propeller removed by unscrewing the M12 box nut
Fan motor removed by unscrewing the four screws
Procedure reversed to complete the replacement
Sign off on the fan replacement
Compressor Replacement
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Recover the refrigerant through the check joint (low-pressure (LP) side) on the left side of the unit next to the plate heat exchanger side.
Select the type of refrigerant
Remove the pillars by unscrewing the eight M5 screws.
Remove the four M5 screws and four M4 screws, and move the breaker box out of the way, avoiding the wire running near the suction pipe.
Remove the two check joints, two pressure sensors, and three connectors.
Remove the pressure sensor fixing plate by unscrewing the two M5 screws.
Disconnect the check joint pipe located in front of the compressor by removing the braze from the areas shown in the figure.
Remove the three M5 screws from the compressor, and disconnect the compressor power line.
Heat Exchanger Replacement
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Service side panels removed
Water completely drained from the water circuit
Refrigerant collected through the check joint
Select the type of refrigerant
Pillar removed
Water pipe disconnected from the heat exchanger
Upper joint plate removed from the water pipe side
Lower support plate on the LEV side removed from the heat exchanger
