Recover the refrigerant through the check joint (low-pressure (LP) side) on the left side of the unit next to the plate heat exchanger.

Select the type of refrigerant circuit

Remove the pillars by unscrewing the four M5 screws.

Cut the tie band as required, and remove the LEV coil.

Select the type of LEV

Remove the U-pipe located in front of the LEV by removing the braze from the two areas shown in the figure.

Braze the pipe that was removed in step 5 to the new LEV.

Pressurize the unit from the high pressure side.

Heat Exchanger Replacement

Remove the service side panels from the opposite side of the service side. Panel: Fixed with M5 screws (3.0±0.3 Nm)

Completely drain the water from the water circuit.

Collect the refrigerant through the check joint (low-pressure (LP) side) on the left side of the unit next to the plate heat exchanger side.

Select the type of refrigerant

Check mark

Remove the pillar when replacing the heat exchanger in the 1-system by unscrewing the four M5 screws. Pillar: Fixed with M5 screws (3.0±0.3 Nm)

Check mark

Disconnect the water pipe from the heat exchanger to be replaced. Housing joint: M12 nut

Check mark

Remove the upper joint plate from the water pipe side. Joint plate: Fixed with M10 nuts (26.5 ± 4 Nm)

Check mark

Remove the lower support plate on the LEV side from the heat exchanger to be replaced. Support plate: Fixed with M5 screws (3.0±0.3 Nm) and M10 nuts (26.5±4 Nm)

Check mark

Remove the joint plate at the upper portion of the heat exchanger on the LEV side. Joint plate: Fixed with M10 nuts (26.5±4 Nm)

Compressor Replacement

- Recover the refrigerant through the check joint (low-pressure (LP) side) on the left side of the unit next to the plate heat exchanger side.

Only collect the refrigerant from the system whose LEV needs to be replaced.
