Inspect Appearance for Deformation, Breakage, Crack, Dirt

Inspect Air cleaner for Dust, Dirt, Deformation

Inspect Bolts, nuts for Loose or missing parts

Inspect Handle for Deformation, Breakage, Crack

Inspect Shock absorber for Deformation, Breakage, Crack

Inspect Engine oil for Leaks, Oil level, Dirt

Inspect Main body lubrication oil for Leaks, Oil level, Dirt

Inspect Fuel tank for Leaks, Fuel level, Dirt

Inspect Fuel system for Leaks, Wear, Loose parts

• Remove the upper air cleaner cover on the main body. Loosen and remove the 2 Phillips screws that hold the cover on the air cleaner assembly.

a. Air cleaner element (Primary)

• If the primary element is dirty, wash it with gasoline or kerosene. Then, add 25 to 30cc of the engine oil SAE10W-30 to it and impregnate evenly by squeezing lightly.

• Remove the upper air cleaner cover on the main body. Loosen and remove the 2 Phillips screws that hold the cover on the air cleaner assembly.

• If the secondary element under the primary element is dirty, wash it with neutral detergent and dry it well. Then reuse it.;
