Thermostat and Stop Switch Inspection

Check the thermostat for proper operation

Check the stop switch for proper operation

Measure the current water hardness level

Enter the factory pre-set water hardness value

Enter the actual water hardness value

Is the actual water hardness different from the pre-set value?

Adjust the water softening device to match the actual water hardness

Re-measure the water hardness level

Inspect the fresh water rinse system for any visible damage

Enter the flow pressure reading

Is the water pressure within the acceptable range?

Check if the rinsing system is complete and produces the correct spray pattern

Inspection of Stainless Steel Surface

Check for any signs of corrosion

Inspect for discoloration or film build-up

Verify that cleaning products are suitable for stainless steel

Ensure cleaning products do not attack the material

Clean the surface with approved cleaning products

Rinse the surface thoroughly after cleaning

Check valves for proper operation

Check that all connections are watertight

Check settings of built-in water softener (if fitted)
