Ensure the appliance is turned off and cooled down

Wear protective gloves and eyewear

De-scale the following components

Use only products suitable for industrial dishwashing machines

Record the de-scaling product used

Observe the manufacturer’s instructions for the de-scaling product

Water Level and Pipe Inspection

Enter the water level in the tank

Check that wash water pipe is watertight

Check washing system is complete

Check that the washing system produces correct spray pattern

Check pumps for the following issues

Check if pump sieves are correctly fitting and operating

Inspect sliding ring washer/contra-rotation ring

Tank and Heating Element Cleaning

Remove food residues from the tank with a brush

Clean the tank heating element with a brush

Remove food residues from the sieves with a brush

Rinse the wash arms under running water

Identify the type of detergent container

Ensure only lather-free detergents suitable for industrial dishwashing machines are used

Tilt the front panel forward after lifting it slightly

Check the detergent level in the built-in container

Is the detergent level sufficient?

Refill the container marked 'detergent' if necessary
