Are the cleaning products properly suited for stainless steel?

Do the products avoid attacking the material, building up a film, or causing discoloration?

Inspect the stainless steel surface for any signs of corrosion.

Is the stainless steel surface free from corrosion after cleaning?

Check pump sieves for correct fitting and operation

Identify the type of detergent container

Ensure only lather-free detergents suitable for industrial dishwashing machines are used

Tilt the front panel forward after lifting it slightly

Is the detergent container marked 'detergent' empty?

Refill the detergent container if necessary

Is the external detergent container empty?

Check that all connections are watertight

Water Softener Inspection (if fitted)

Check settings of built-in water softener

Check operation of complete or partial water softener

Housing and Mounting Parts Inspection

Check housing, tank, sheet metal cover, hood, doors and covering of machine base for damage and correct operation

Check boiler, hoses, clamps, plastic parts and seals

Check operation of raising and lowering equipment
