Burner Maximum And Fine Adjustment
Rough Adjustment
Activate the burner and adjust it to maximum thermal load.
Check the gas pressure entering the solenoid valve.
Is the gas pressure not lower than the nominal supply pressure decreased by a maximum of -20%?
Remove the cap of the maximum pressure regulator using a screwdriver.
Adjust the gas and air mixture using the Allen wrench size 3.
Check the gas pressure at the outlet of the solenoid valve.
Does the power comply with the nominal value indicated on the nameplate?

Safety Precautions
Ensure the appliance is disconnected from the power supply
Motor Rotation Check
Remove the V-belts by unlocking the four screws in the motor base
Is the motor rotation direction correct without load?
If incorrect, disconnect power supply and invert the two power supply phases
V-Belt Installation and Alignment
Reinstall the V-belts
Check that the pulleys are aligned
Fuel Replacement
Eolo BC/BL 15÷120 RT
Shut off the gas and electricity supply
Unscrew the cap (A) from the nozzle holder fitting (C)
Unscrew the nozzle (B) located inside the fitting (C)
Choose the nozzle suitable for the type of gas used
Screw the nozzle into the housing (C)
Screw the cap (A) back on
Seal the gas valve adjustment part after calibration

Pre-Maintenance Safety Precautions
Open the main switch by removing current and close the gas valve.
Place a warning sign on the control panel stating: 'System undergoing maintenance, IT IS FORBIDDEN to perform operations on the control panel of the appliances.'
Ensure all personnel are equipped with safety devices and individual protection.
General Maintenance Checks
Check the general condition of the device.
Check the threaded connections of the gas system and the tightness of the gaskets, replace if necessary.
Check the condition of the electrodes and the combustion head, clean if dirty.
Check the condition of the gas mixer, clean with a rag or brush if necessary.

Correct the CO₂ setting with the solenoid valve if ignition problems are present
