Inspect the fresh water rinse system for any visible damage

Is the water pressure within the normal range?

Check if the rinsing system is complete and produces the correct spray pattern

Identify the type of detergent container

Ensure only lather-free detergents suitable for industrial dishwashing machines are used

Tilt the front panel forward after lifting it slightly

Check the detergent level in the built-in container

Is the detergent level sufficient?

Refill the built-in container with detergent if necessary

Housing and Mounting Parts Check

Check housing, tank, sheet metal cover, hood, doors and covering of machine base for damage and correct operation

Check tank cover sieves for proper condition

Boiler and Components Inspection

Check boiler, hoses, clamps, plastic parts and seals for damage and wear

Check operation of raising and lowering equipment

Ensure the appliance is turned off and cooled down

Gather necessary de-scaling products and tools

Apply de-scaling product to the boiler and wash tank

Follow manufacturer's instructions for de-scaling product usage

Is the appliance heavily scaled?

Contact service engineer if appliance is heavily scaled

Check that all connections are watertight

Check settings of built-in water softener (if fitted)

Check operation of complete or partial water softener (if fitted)
