Undo nuts 920.02 at the gland follower and loosen gland follower 452
Undo nuts 920.15 at casing cover 161
For variants with a clamped casing cover
Undo transport locks 901.98 and remove cover plates 81-92.01 and 81-92.02 with transport locks 901.98 and lock washers 554.98
Remove casing cover 161 from bearing bracket 330
For variants with a bolted casing cover
Use forcing screws 901.31 to remove casing cover 161 from bearing bracket 330
Motor Removal
Note on pump sets with spacer-type couplings
Warning: Motor Tipping Over
Suspend or support the motor
Disconnect the motor from the power supply
Unbolt the motor from the baseplate
Shift the motor to separate it from the pump
Back Pull-Out Unit Removal
⚠ WARNING — Back Pull-Out Unit Tipping Over. Risk of crushing hands and feet!
Suspend or support the bearing bracket at the pump end
Suspend or support bearing bracket 330 to prevent it from tipping over, if required
Unbolt support foot 183 from the baseplate
Undo hexagon nut 920.01 at the volute casing
Select the type of forcing screws used to remove the back pull-out unit
Remove the back pull-out unit completely out of the volute casing
Remove and dispose of joint ring 400.10
Place the back pull-out unit on a clean and level surface
Initial Motor Mounting
Check applicability of steps 1 and 2 for spacer-type coupling
Shift the motor to connect it to the pump via the coupling
Fasten the motor to the baseplate
Align pump and motor
Connect the motor to the power supply
