Bearings Dismantling
Observe and carry out notes and steps from Section 7.4.1 to Section 7.4.6
Place the bearing bracket in a clean and level assembly area
Undo the grub screw in the coupling hub
Pull the coupling hub off shaft 210 with a special puller
Remove key 940.02
Remove thrower 507.01
Remove pump-end bearing cover 360.01 and drive-end bearing cover 360.02
Remove hexagon head bolts 901.01 and 901.02 as well as gaskets 400.01 and 400.02
Press shaft 210 out of the shaft seat
Pump Cleaning
Drainage and Cleaning
Use connection 6B to drain the fluid handled
Flush the pump if it has been used for handling noxious, explosive, hot or other hazardous fluids
Flush and clean the pump before transporting it to the workshop
Provide a cleaning record for the pump
Safety and Disposal
Wear appropriate safety clothing and protective gear
Collect and properly dispose of flushing fluid and any residues of the fluid handled
Observe all legal regulations on the disposal of fluids posing a health hazard
Initial Motor Mounting

Shift the motor to connect it to the pump via the coupling
Fasten the motor to the baseplate
Align pump and motor
Connect the motor to the power supply
