Prerequisites
Ensure a suitable container for the used oil is on hand
Oil Draining Procedure
Place the container underneath the screw plug
Undo the screw plug (2) at the bearing bracket (3) and drain the oil
Re-insert and re-tighten the screw plug (2) after draining
Oil Refill Procedure
Re-fill with oil
Select the shaft unit and confirm oil quantity per bearing bracket

Inspect the flexible elements of the coupling for wear
Is replacement of any parts necessary?
Check the alignment of the coupling

Inspect the coupling guard for deformation
Ensure plastic components are intact and undamaged

Pull the coupling hub off shaft 210 with a special puller
Remove key 940.02
Remove thrower 507.01
Remove pump-end bearing cover 360.01 and drive-end bearing cover 360.02
