24.5.1 LUBRICATING

WARNING: Apply the parking brake, and lock the front and rear frames with the safety bar and pin. Set the work equipment in a stable condition, then stop the engine and apply the locks securely to the work equipment control levers.

24.5.2 CHECK OIL LEVEL IN HYDRAULIC TANK, ADD OIL

WARNING: When the oil filler cap is removed, oil may spurt out, so stop the engine and wait for the oil temperature to go down, then turn the cap slowly to release the internal pressure before removing the cap. If oil has been added to above the H mark, stop the engine and wait for the hydraulic oil to cool down, then drain the excess oil from the drain plug.

24.2.1 CHECK, CLEAN, OR REPLACE AIR CLEANER ELEMENT

1. Remove wing nut 2, then take out outer element 3.

3. Direct dry compressed air (less than 0.69 MPa (7 kgf/cm2, 99.4 PSI)), to the element from inside along its folds, then direct it from outside along its folds and again from inside.
