24.2.1 CHECK, CLEAN AND REPLACE AIR CLEANER ELEMENT

Is the red piston visible in the transparent position of the dust indicator?

Is the air cleaner body interior and the cover clean?

Is the air cleaner element clean?

Is the air cleaner element damaged?

Is the air cleaner connector side covered with a clean cloth and adhesive tape?

Is the air cleaner element installed and fixed with the wing nut?

Is the seal washer or wing nut broken?

Check for clogging of the drain hole

Sign off on the water pump check

1. Set the work equipment in the greasing posture below, then lower the work equipment to the ground and stop the engine.

2. Using a grease pump, pump in grease through the grease fittings shown by arrows.

3. After greasing, wipe off any old grease that was pushed out.

1. Boom cylinder foot pin (2 points)

2. Boom foot pin (2 points);3. Boom cylinder rod end (2 points)

4. Arm cylinder foot pin (1 point)

5. Boom-Arm coupling pin (1point)

6. Arm cylinder rod end (1 point)

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Has the machine been operated for 250 hours?

If the machine has not been operated for 250 hours, stop the procedure

Fuel filter cartridge replaced?

Engine valve clearance checked and adjusted?
