Set an oil container under drain valve P under the machine body.

Loosen drain valve P under the body, drain the oil, then tighten the drain valve again.

Remove bleeding plug 1.

Add the specified amount of engine oil through gauge hole G.

After refilling, install bleeding plug 1.

1. Set the work equipment in the greasing posture below, then lower the work equipment to the ground and stop the engine.

24.5.1 CHECK OIL LEVEL IN FINAL DRIVE CASE, ADD OIL

The oil is at high temperature immedlately after the machine has been operated. Wait for the oil to cool down before starting the operation.

If there is still pressure remaining inside the case, the oil or plug may fly out.

Loosen the plug slowly to release the pressure.

Check mark

Prepare a handle.

Check mark

1. Set the TOP mark at the top, with the UP mark and plug perpendicular to the ground surface.

2. Remove plug F using the handle. When the oil level reaches a point 10 mm below the bottom of the plug hole, the correct amount of oil has been added.

3. If the oil level is too low, install plug F, operate the travel levers, and drive forward or in reverse to rotate the sprocket one turn.
