Carriage extended a few inches off the ground and chains are under equal tension

Mast extended to its fullest height to ensure the mast rails and carriage extend freely without binding

Upright rails inspected for proper lubrication

Internal reeving hoses travel evenly in the hose guides

E-MS SERIES LIMITED FREE LIFT 2-STAGE MAST

Load rollers on the uprights and carriage shimmed to 1/16 in. (1.5 mm) clearance

Chains checked for wear and stretch

E-MD SERIES FULL FREE LIFT 2-STAGE MAST

Load rollers on the uprights and carriage shimmed to 1/16 in. (1.5 mm) clearance

Chains checked for wear and stretch

E-MT SERIES FULL FREE LIFT 3-STAGE MAST

Chains inspected and lubricated with SAE 40 wt. oil or equivalent

Select dry and even surface road, drive at full speed and stop abruptly to check the following:
