Warning: This replacement procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

If the forklift is not operational, report the issues to the maintenance team and stop the procedure

Choose the type of service done

Forklift passed the post-replacement test?

Sign off on the forklift replacement

Drain the engine oil removing the drain plug and tighten it again

Refill the engine oil up to the specified level. Be careful not to let it overflow

Check the oil level with the engine oil level gauge

WARNING: The temperature of the oil is very high immediately after stop operation of the truck. Be sure to start inspection after cooling down completely.

Drain plug removed from the bottom of the hydraulic tank

Hydraulic tank uncovered and strainer removed

Strainer cleaned with flushing oil

Drain plug installed after cleaning inside hydraulic tank

Strainer dried with compressed air from inside to outside until completely dry

Line filter replaced with a new one

Hydraulic oil refilled through the breather hole. Enter the oil level as per the oil level gauge.

Drain plug removed and oil drained

Mounting bolt removed and strainer taken out for cleaning

Strainer cleaned with flushing oil

Strainer dried with compressed air from inside to outside

Any damage or clogs found on the strainer?

If any damage or clogs is found on the strainer, replace it with a new one.
