METHOD FOR CHANGING OIL IN ENGINE OIL PAN, REPLACING ENGINE OIL FILTER CARTRIDGE

Remove cover under the machine and put a container just under the drain plug to receive the oil.

Take the end of hose out of the inspection window.

Loosen drain plug to drain oil.

Open the engine side cover on the right side of the machine.

Remove bolts and remove underside cover.

Turn engine oil filter cartridge counterclockwise by using the filter wrench, and remove it.

AdBlue/DEF tank mounting portion cleaned

Sign off on the cleaning procedures

Greasing points of straight tilt dozer and sigma dozer

Lubrication points of straight tilt power pitch dozer and sigma power pitch dozer

Lubricating points of angle dozer

Lubricating points of power angle power tilt dozer

Water pump checked for leakage?

Accumulator replaced every 2 years or every 4000 hours?

METHOD FOR LUBRICATING POWER ANGLE POWER TILT DOZER

Lower the blade to the ground and stop the engine

By using a grease pump, pump in grease through the grease fittings

After greasing, wipe off any old grease that is pushed out

Sign off on the bulldozer maintenance
