10 Hourly / 1 Daily Tractor Maintenance
Check that all lights (including headlights) are functioning properly
Drain water and sediment from fuel filter
Remove any dirt from area surrounding the engine
Clean the radiator and condenser, fins and screens
Check compressed air tank for condensed water. If condensed water drains out, replace air-drier cartridge, otherwise do this every 1500 hours or every 2 years at the latest (see Service - Every 1500 Hours or 2 Years).
Check brakes
Check the transmission/hydraulic system
Park tractor so that it is level.
Engage park lock.
1500 Hourly Tractor Maintenance
Check nitrogen pressure in accumulator on TLS front-wheel drive axle
Transmission/Hydraulic system oil heated up?
Tractor parked level with all implements lowered?
Engine shut off and ignition key withdrawn?
Park lock engaged?
Upload a photo of drained oil from transmission/hydraulic system
Transmission intake screens cleaned?
Tighten drain screws to 50 Nm (37 Ib-ft)
Upload a photo of filled transmission/hydraulic oil into the transmission housing
1 Yearly Tractor Maintenance
Inspect seat belt for damage and ensure proper working order
Use coolant test strips to check engine coolant
Inspect hydraulic hoses
Engine - Check drive belt for wear (or every 500 hours, whichever occurs first)
Change engine oil (or every 500 hours, whichever occurs first)
Front loader mounting frame - Check torques of fixing screws (see operator's manual and installation instructions of the front loader)
Change activated carbon filters of cab, if equipped (or every 500 hours, whichever occurs first)
