Replace engine air cleaner elements

Replace axle oil filter (if equipped)

Drain and refill park brake oil

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

Check coolant level at surge tank

Check hydraulic system oil level

Replace axle oil filter (if equipped) (Initial 100 Hourly Replacement)

Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots (100 Hourly lubrication)

Take engine oil sample (250 Hourly Maintenance)

Sign off on the 10 Hourly / Daily Maintenance

Drain and refill transmission oil

Replace transmission oil filter

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Rerun transmission clutch calibration

Drain and refill front axle oil

Replace fuel tank breather filter

Replace open crankcase ventilation (OCV) filter

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Drain, flush, and refill hydraulic system oil

Replace hydraulic system return filter

Clean hydraulic system fill strainer

Access diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter-L Engine

Clean hydraulic pump case drain in-line filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance

Check driveline damper for cracks

Drain and refill cooling system (6000 Hourly Maintenance)

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) in-line filter (6000 Hourly Maintenance)

Sign off on the 5000 Hourly Check
