Check transmission oil level
Check air filter rubber dust unloading valve
Check radiator coolant level
Check wheel bolt torque (After First 10 Hours)
Check front axle oil level (Every 50 Hours)
Lubricate machine (Every 50 Hours)
200 Hourly Maintenance
Change engine oil and filter
Run engine to warm the oil
Park machine safely
Raise hood and latch open
Put drain pan under oil drain located under engine
Loosen and remove oil drain plug. Allow all engine oil to drain
Remove right side panel
Wipe dirt from around oil filter
Turn filter counterclockwise to remove
400 Hourly Maintenance
Change transmission oil and filter
Replace fuel filter
Clean transmission suction screen
600 Hourly Maintenance
Check engine low idle speed
Check air filter element, intake, hoses, and clamps
Park machine safely. (See Parking Safely in the SAFETY section.)
Raise hood and latch open.
Remove right side panel.
Tighten hose clamps (A).
Install right side panel.
Lower hood.
Change front axle oil.
Air Cleaner Elements Maintenance
Machine parked safely
Hood raised and latched open
Air cleaner canister cover removed
Primary element replaced with a new one
Air cleaner canister cover installed with rubber dust unloading valve pointing downward
Latches hooked onto cover
Reset button on top of air restriction indicator pushed, if installed
Engine run for approximately one minute at high idle
Engine stopped
