Replace air cleaner dust unloader valve

Replace engine air cleaner elements

Clean engine crankease vent tube

Drain and refill park brake oil

Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots (unless 'Never grease' equipped)

Replace axle oil filters (Initial Service-100 Hours)

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter (Initial Service-250 Hours)

Take engine oil sample (Every 250 Hours)

Sign off on the 100 Hourly Maintenance

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

Check coolant level at surge tank

Check hydraulic system oil level

Drain and refill front and rear axle oil

Drain and refill transmission oil and replace filter

Clean front and rear axle oil recirculation screens (if equipped)

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Rerun transmission clutch calibration

Clean hydraulic pump case drain in-line screen

Replace hydraulic system return filter

Drain, flush, and refill hydraulic system oil

Clean hydraulic system fill strainer

Inspect driveline damper (Every 5000 Hours)

Drain and refill cooling system (Every 6000 Hours)

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance
