Clean engine crankcase vent tube

Change inner and outer final drive oil

Check track frame pivot shaft oil

Sign off on the 1000 hourly maintenance

Lubricate C-frame dozer linkage

Check or drain auxiliary water separator fuel filter-if equipped

Check hydraulic system oil level

Lubricate pushbeam dozer linkage

Check or drain primary water separator fuel filter-if equipped

Sign off on the 10 Hourly / Daily Maintenance

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Change hydraulic system oil and replace filter

Change hydrostatic transmission oil and replace filter

Replace hydraulic fan oil return filter

Drain and refill engine coolant system(Every 6000 Hours)

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Check inner final drive oil level

Check outer final drive oil level

Upload engine oil sample results

Change engine oil and replace filter

Check battery electrolyte level; clean and tighten

Replace auxiliary water separator fuel filter-if equipped

Take inner and outer final drive oil sample
