Upload a photo of the replaced cab fresh air and recirculation filters

Check air intake hoses and connections

Refill track frame pivot shaft bushing oil level

Drain and refill inner final drive oil level

Drain and refill outer final drive oil level

Sign off on the 1000 hourly maintenance

Check coolant level at surge tank

Check hydrostatic transmission oil level

Check hydraulic system oil level

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter

Drain and refill hydraulic system oil and replace filter

Drain and refill transmission oil and replace hydrostatic charge oil filter

Replace hydrostatic tank breather

Replace hydraulic fan drive system oil filter

Replace hydraulic tank breather

Note: Drain and refill engine cooling system in every 6000 hours basis.

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction filter

Inspect diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) baffle

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank

Check battery electrolyte level and terminals

Check open crankcase vent (OCV)

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Take hydraulic system oil sample

Replace primary and final fuel filters

Take inner and outer final drive oil sample

Replace auxiliary fuel filter (if equipped)

Take hydrostatic transmission oil sample

Flush and drain final drive seal cavity oil
