Replace hydrostatic and hydraulic filters

Replace hydraulic reservoir fill cap

Adjust engine valve clearance in every 2000 Hours

Replace crankshaft vibration damper in every 5000 Hours or 5 years

Drain, flush, and refill engine cooling system in every 6000 Hours or 6 years

Inspect and adjust T3 Link, shims, and T6/T7 rope

Check shim gap on axle tread adjust

Check torque on fixed tread adjust hardware

Change engine oil and filter (6.8 L Engine)

Change engine oil and filter (9.0 L Engine)

Lubricate steering cylinder ball joints

Visually inspect service brake components

Are solution tank straps loose?

If straps are loose, follow the steps below

Straps tightened and nuts (B) turned additional two turns

Sign off on the 10 hourly maintenance

Replace open crankcase ventilation Final Tier 4/Stage IV machines only

Replace Open Crankcase Ventilation Filter (Final Tier 4/Stage V 6.8 L Engine)

Pull hood release (A) and raise hood.

Remove open crankcase ventilation filter from inside the filter housing (B).

To install new filter, align tabs on the new filter with tabs on inside of the filter housing.

Replace Open Crankcase Ventilation Filter (Final Tier 4/Stage V 9.0 L Engine)

Check shim gap on axle tread and adjust (if necessary)

Check torque on fixed tread and adjust hardware

Change engine oil and filter (6.8 L Engine)

Change engine oil and filter (9.0L Engine)

Change planetary hub oil- R4038 and R4044

Inspect and adjust (as necessary) T3 link, shims, and T6/T7 rope
