Retrieve the diagnostic trouble codes

Delete the diagnostic trouble codes

Check that all lights and headlights are functioning properly

Check torques of fixing screws on Cab support

Check torque on attaching screws on Drawbar

Check torque on attaching screws on Height-adjustable trailer hitch

Check torques of attaching screws on Trailer hitch

Check torque on attaching screws on Pick-up hitch

Check that all lights (including headlights) are functioning properly

Drain water and sediment from fuel filter

Remove any dirt from area surrounding the engine

Clean the radiator and condenser, fins and screens

Check compressed air tank for condensed water. If condensed water drains out, replace air-drier cartridge, otherwise do this every 1500 hours or every 2 years at the latest

Check the transmission/hydraulic system oil level

Steps to check the transmission/hydraulic system oil level

Accumulator on TLS front-wheel drive axle - Check nitrogen pressure

Transmission/Hydraulic system - Change the oil

Transmission - Clean intake screens

Front-wheel drive axle - Axle housing, oil change

Steps to change axle housing oil

Front-wheel drive axle - Final drives, oil change (without brake)

Steps to change final drives oil

Glow plugs checked by John Deere™ dealer

Valves adjusted by John Deere™ dealer (3000 Hourly)

Secondary element of air cleaner changed (no later than at every fourth change of the primary element or every 5 years) (4500 Hourly)

Coolant changed (if COOL-GARD™ II is used and coolant is checked annually)(6000 Hourly)

Front-wheel Drive Axle Maintenance

Accumulator of TLS™ changed by your John Deere™ dealer (10000 Hourly)

Retrieve the diagnostic trouble codes, rectify errors, and then delete the diagnostic trouble codes

Tractors with SyncroPlus™ transmission: Check if the starting motor does not turn over in all gears

Tractors with PowrReverser™ transmission: Check if the starting motor does not turn over in all travel directions

Tractors with PowrQuad™ transmission: Check if the starting motor does not turn over in both 'forward' and 'reverse' positions

PTO actuation - Check safety circuit

Lights - Check settings of headlights

Load center - Visually inspect and clean

Fuel system - Drain water and sediment from fuel tank
