Wheel bolts and torque tightened

Drive clutch cleaned and lubricated

Engine oil and oil filter change procedure

Utility vehicle parked on a level surface

Engine stopped and park brake engaged

Drain pan placed under vehicle below engine drain plug

Check wear pads on driven clutch

Clean radiator screen and air intake

Check air restriction indicator

Clean rubber dust unloading valve

Clean radiator screen and air intake

Clean operator's station and engine compartment

Check fuel filter sediment bowl

Check air restriction indicator

Check air cleaner dust unloading valve

Sign off on the daily maintenance

Park utility vehicle on a level surface and stop engine.

Remove drain plug (A). Access drain plug from underside of machine through slot (B).

After all oil is drained, install and tighten drain plug.

Remove dipstick and wipe clean. Oil should be between hash marks (C) on dipstick.

Add approximately 4.5 L (4.75 qt.) of oil. (See Transaxle Oil section for oil recommendations.)

Check oil level by screwing dipstick fully into transaxle case, then removing to check level.

Wait for two minutes then check oil level. Add oil if necessary.
