Inspect steering cylinder seals

Clean and tighten battery terminals

Check engine air cleaner elements

Check windshield washer fluid level

Drain primary and final fuel filter with water separator

Drain auxiliary fuel filter with water separator (if equipped)

Check hybrid battery electrolyte level (if equipped)

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Check air intake hoses and charge air cooler tube couplings

Replace primary fuel filter with water separator

Clean hydraulic system fill strainer

Replace hydraulic system return filter

Clean hydraulic pump case drain in-line screen

Drain and refill hydraulic system oil

Replace hydraulic reservoir breather

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance

Run transmission clutch calibration
