Clean, pack, and adjust non-powered front wheel bearings (if equipped)

Drain and refill transmission oil

Replace transmission oil filter element

Replace hydraulic oil filter element

Replace hydraulic tank breather filter

Replace fuel tank breather filter

Inspect accessory drive belt and automatic tensioner

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance

Drain and refill mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD) axle planetary housing oil (if equipped)

Drain and refill mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD) axle housing oil (if equipped)

Drain and refill rear axle and planetary housing oil

Inspect and clean hydraulic tank fill screen

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter element

Drain and refill hydraulic system oil

Replace open crankcase ventilation (OCV) filter element

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Inspect cab fresh air and recirculation filter elements (if equipped)

Drain water and sediment from fuel filters

Check air conditioning system refrigerant charge and system oil charge (if equipped)

Check windshield washer fluid level (if equipped)

Lubricate non-powered front wheel bearings (if equipped)

Mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD) axle planetary housing oil level checked (if equipped)

Mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD) axle housing oil level checked (if equipped)

Mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD) drive shaft spline lubricated (if equipped)

Sign off on the 250 Hourly Maintenance

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction baffle

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank

Drain and refill cooling system

Replace in-line diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) filter element

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance
