Front and rear trunnions greased

Thrust bolt tightened to specification

Axle oscillated from stop to stop 3 times and torque checked

Thrust bolt held and jam nut tightened to specification

Warning: This procedure should be performed by trained personnel only.

Do not depress the hydrostatic travel pedals

Raise up slightly from operator's seat. Do not dismount machine

Sign off on the seat switch testing

Rinse hood and entire machine with clean water

Wash surface with clean water and a mild liquid automotive washing soap

Dry thoroughly to avoid water spots

Wax the surface with a liquid automotive wax. Use products that specifically say 'contains no abrasives'

Buff applied wax by hand using a clean, soft cloth

Sign off on the cleaning procedure

Warning: Park machine safely before starting the procedure.

Canister tilted up and latches released?

Air filter canister cover removed?

Primary element removed and discarded?

Canister cleaned without damaging secondary filter element?

New primary filter element installed?

Black negative cable disconnected from battery terminal

Red positive terminal cover slid back and red positive cable disconnected from battery terminal

Hold down bracket and nut removed from both sides of battery tray

Battery vent tube pulled from battery tray
