10 Hourly Maintenance

2000 Hourly / Yearly Maintenance
Drain, Flush and Refill Engine Cooling System
Park machine safely
Allow engine to cool
Raise hood
Slowly open radiator cap to the first stop to release all pressure
Close radiator cap tightly
Position a pan under the radiator drain plug
Open the drain plug and allow the coolant to drain from the system
When coolant drains from the recovery tank, remove the radiator cap
200 Hourly Maintenance
Run engine to warm the oil
Park machine safely
Place drain pan under oil drain plug (A), under side of engine
Remove drain plug
Wipe dirt from around oil filter (B)
Turn filter counterclockwise to remove
Put a light coat of clean engine oil on gasket of new filter
Install replacement oil filter by turning filter clockwise until gasket contacts filter base. Tighten additional one half turn
Install drain plug. Do not overtighten
400 Hourly Maintenance
Run the engine a few minutes to warm the transmission oil
Park machine safely
Position the drain pan under the transmission drain plug (A). Remove the plug and allow oil to drain completely
Position the drain pan under the hydraulic suction filter (B) and HST filter. Remove and discard the filter. Allow residual oil to drain completely
Put a film of clean transmission oil on the seal of the new filter
Fill the filter 1/3- 1/2 full of oil
Install the filter and turn clockwise until the gasket contacts the mounting surface. Tighten 1/2- 3/4 turn after gasket contact
Install and tighten the drain plug
Remove the fill cap (D)
50 Hourly Maintenance
Ensure the machine is parked safely on a level surface and has cooled down for at least one hour before starting the procedure.
Check front axle oil level.
If oil level is low, add recommended oil through dipstick fill opening until oil level is correct.
Check front axle oil level again after the first several hours of operation.
Lubricate lift link grease fitting with recommended grease or equivalent.
Lubricate ball joints and drawbar hitch with the SUPER LUBE® lubricant.
Lubricate grease points under normal conditions.
