Engine valve clearance checked?

If engine valve clearance is not checked, report the issues to the maintenance team and stop the procedure

Engine passed the post-maintenance test?

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance

Check cab rollover protection system mounting hardware torque

Check windshield wiper arm mounting hardware torque

Engine oil level check procedure

Transmission oil level check procedure

Air filter rubber dust valve check

Grease trunnions when used in wet land applications

Sign off on the 10 Hourly / Daily Maintenance

Check and adjust alternator belt

Park machine safely and allow engine to cool

Check tension by using the belt tension gauge to apply pressure to the belt midway between pulleys at location (A). Belt should deflect 9 mm (3/8 in) at 75 lb (334 N)

Adjust belt tension if not within specifications

Loosen adjusting bolt (B) and pivot bolt (C)

Apply outward pressure to alternator housing until tension is correct

Place drain pan under the oil drain plug (A) on the underside of engine

Wipe dirt from around the oil filter (B)

Turn filter counterclockwise to remove

Put a light coat of clean engine oil on gasket of the new filter

Install replacement oil filter by turning filter clockwise until gasket contacts filter base. Tighten additional 1/2 turn
