Grease loader linkage and cylinder pivots

Grease front steering cylinder pivots

Grease rear steering cylinder pivots

Sign off on the 100 hourly maintenance

Grease drive line sliding joints, upper and lower

Check battery electrolyte level and terminals

Fill each cell to within specified range with distilled water. DO NOT overfill

Disconnect battery clamps, grounded clamp first

Clean battery terminals (A) and clamps with a stiff brush

Apply lubricating grease (B) around battery terminal base only

Install and tighten clamps, grounded clamp last

Park machine on a level surface

Open drain valve (A) and drain oil into a container

Turn filter (C) counterclockwise to remove

Clean mounting surface and apply thin film of oil to gasket of new filter

Drain, flush, and refill hydraulic oil

Move hydraulic control lever to float detent position

Cycle ride control switch (2) from OFF to ON

Push pilot enable/boom down switch (3) to release accumulator pressure

Remove hydraulic reservoir filler cap (4)

Check coolant recovery tank level

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

Park machine on a level surface

Make sure dipstick (A) is fully seated

Check oil level in the cross hatched area before starting the engine

Allow the oil to drain into the oil pan for 10 minutes after shutdown

Check if engine oil level is above the ADD mark 10 minutes after shutdown
