Drain And Refill Engine Oil And Replace Filter

Replace Primary Fuel Filter And Water Separator

Replace Auxiliary Fuel Filter And Water Separator

Lubricate Front, Rear, And Articulation Drive Shafts

Check Open Crankcase Vent (OCV) System

Drain and refill park brake oil

Lubricate grapple rotate bearing

Replace open crankcase ventilation every 1500 Hours

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Skidder Maintenance

Drain and refill transmission oil

Replace primary transmission oil filter

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Inspect sun gear (1700 Series Axles Equipped With Large Duals Only)

Replace Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter

Clean Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank

Replace Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) header suction filter

Initially replace hydraulic system oil filter after 2000 hours

Lubricate Rear Axle Pinion Seal And Park Brake Seal

Lubricate Front Axle Pivots, Pinion Seal, And Hydraulic Steering Cylinder Pins

Lubricate blade and cylinder pivots

Lubricate winch fairlead rollers (grapple skidders only)
