Clean, pack and adjust non-powered front wheel bearings (if equipped)

Replace transmission oil filter

Replace hydraulic reservoir breather

Drain and refill transmission oil

Check automatic belt tensioner and belt wear

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance

Check hydraulic reservoir oil level

Lubricate loader quick coupler (if equipped)

Lubricate stabilizer pivots and cylinder pins

Lubricate backhoe boom and crowd cylinders and pivots

Lubricate backhoe hydraulic coupler (if equipped)

Drain and refill mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD) planetary housing (if equipped)

Drain and refill mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD) front axle housing (if equipped)

Drain and refill rear axle and planetary oil

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter

Inspect and clean hydraulic reservoir fill screen

Drain and refill hydraulic reservoir

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Check mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD) planetary housing oil level (if equipped)

Check mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD) front axle housing oil level (if equipped)

Lubricate mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD) drive shaft spline (if equipped)

Check engine oil sample (if equipped)

Sign off on the 250 Hourly Maintenance

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header baffle

Replace in-line diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) filter

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance
