Replace cab fresh air and recirculation filters

Check air intake hoses for cracks and loose connections

Drain and refill final drive oil

Check and adjust engine valve lash in every 3000 hours service

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance

Check coolant level at surge tank and add as needed

Check hydraulic/hydrostatic system oil level

Sign off on the daily maintenance

Replace open crankcase ventilation (OCV) filter

Replace hydraulic system oil filter

Refill hydrostatic transmission

Replace hydrostatic transmission oil filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction filter

Drain and refill hydraulic system oil and hydrostatic transmission oil

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter

Drain and refill engine coolant (Every 6000 Hours)

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Replace primary and final fuel filters

Replace auxiliary fuel filter (if equipped)

Take engine coolant sample and check

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Take final drives oil sample and check

Check hybrid battery electrolyte level (if equipped)

Take hydraulic/hydrostatic system oil sample and check
