Drain and refill outer final drive

Drain and refill inner final drive

Replace cab fresh air and recirculation filter elements

Check track frame pivot shaft bushing oil level

Check air intake hoses and connections

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance

Lubricate rear ripper (if equipped)

Lubricate right and left crossbar pivots

Lubricate push beam dozer lift cylinder pivots (if equipped)

Check inner and outer final drive oil level

Check coolant level at surge tank

Check hydrostatic transmission oil level

Lubricate power angle tilt (PAT) cylinder rods with scrapers (if equipped)

Check hydraulic system oil level

Lubricate power angle tilt (PAT) dozer linkage (if equipped)

Lubricate push beam dozer linkage (if equipped)

Sign off on the 10 Hourly / Daily Maintenance

Open crankcase ventilation (OCV) filter element replaced?

Hydrostatic transmission oil filter replaced?

Hydraulic system oil filter replaced?

Engine valve lash checked and adjusted (Every 3000 Hours)?

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter

Drain and refill hydrostatic transmission oil

Replace hydraulic and hydrostatic tank breather

Drain and refill hydraulic system oil

Drain and refill engine cooling system

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) in-line filter

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance
