Replace engine air cleaner elements

Lubricate frame hinge pivots (less auto-lube)

Drain and refill park brake oil

Inspect auto-lube grease reservoir and manifolds for damage and leakage (if equipped)

Inspect auto-lube grease lines for damage and leakage (if equipped)

Check hydraulic system oil level

Sign off on the maintenance check

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Rerun transmission clutch calibration (cab monitor)

Drain and refill transmission oil and replace filters

Drain and refill front and rear axle oil

Check and adjust electronic injector preload

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Clean hydraulic system fill strainer

Replace hydraulic system return filters

Drain, flush, and refill hydraulic system oil

Check driveline damper for cracks (Every 5000 Hours)

Drain and refill cooling system (Every 6000 Hours)

Inspect auto-lube internal pump filter (if equipped)

Check battery electrolyte level

Check front and rear axle oil level

Check air intake hoses and charge air cooler tube couplings

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Replace fast fill fuel breather (if equipped)

Replace primary fuel filter with water separator
