Inspect outer pin seals

2000 Hourly Maintenance

Drain and refill axle/final drive oil

Replace axle/final drive oil filters

Drain and refill gear case oil

Replace gear case oil filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction filter and baffle

Replace DEF dosing unit filter

Drain and refill auto-lube pump crankcase oil (if equipped)

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Check and adjust electronic injector preload

Run this procedure

250 Hourly Maintenance

Drain and refill axle/final drive oil

Replace axle/final drive oil filters

Clean gear case in-line screen

Drain and refill gear case oil

Replace gear case oil filter

Clean axle/final drive suction screens

Sign off on the 250 Hourly Maintenance
