Check air intake hoses and connections

Drain and refill inner final drive oil

Drain and refill outer final drive oil

Replace cab recirculation filter

Check and refill track frame pivot shaft bushing oil

Check coolant level at surge tank

Check hydraulic system oil level

Check hydrostatic transmission oil level

Lubricate mechanical outside angle dozer linkage (additional points) (if equipped)

Lubricate pushbeam dozer linkage (if equipped)

Lubricate mechanical outside angle dozer linkage (if equipped)

Lubricate power angle tilt (PAT) dozer linkage (if equipped)

Sign off on the 10 Hourly / Daily Maintenance

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Drain and refill hydraulic system oil and replace filter

Drain and refill transmission oil and replace hydrostatic charge oil filter

Replace hydraulic tank breather

Replace hydraulic fan drive system oil filter

Replace hydrostatic tank breather

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) baffle

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction filter

Drain and refill engine cooling system

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Replace auxiliary fuel filter (if equipped)

Flush and drain final drive seal cavity oil

Check battery electrolyte level
