Drain and refill park brake oil

Lubricate grapple rotate bearing (grapple skidders only)

Replace open crankcase ventilation (OCV) filter (640L-II, 648L-II, and 748L-II only)

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance

Lubricate rear axle pinion seal

Lubricate hydraulic steering cylinder pins

Lubricate blade and cylinder pivots

Lubricate winch fairlead rollers (if equipped, grapple skidders only)

Sign off on the 100 hourly maintenance

Check hydraulic system oil level

Check diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) level

Check and drain primary fuel filter and water separator

Check and drain auxiliary fuel filter and water separator

Clean engine air intake precleaner screen

Check and clean engine air intake precleaner dust unloader valve

Drain and refill transmission oil

Replace primary transmission oil filter

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Inspect sun gear (1700 series axles equipped with large duals only)

Replace hydraulic system oil filter (Initial Service-2000 Hours)

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Was the engine oil sample taken?

Enter the amount of axle oil drained

Enter the amount of axle oil refilled

Were the axle oil filters replaced?

Sign off on the 250 hourly maintenance
