Clean engine crankcase vent tube

Replace engine air cleaner elements

Drain and refill park brake oil

Replace air cleaner dust unloader valve

Clean hydraulic fan drive case drain in-line screen

Check coolant level in surge tank

Check hydraulic system oil level

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots (unless NeverGrease™ equipped) (Every 100 Hours)

Take engine oil sample (Every 250 Hours)

Sign off on the 10 Hourly / Daily Maintenance

Drain and refill transmission oil

Drain and refill front and rear axle oil

Clean front and rear axle oil recirculation screens

Check and adjust electronic injector preload

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Rerun transmission clutch calibration (advanced display unit)

Drain and refill front axle oil

Sign off on the 250 hourly maintenance

Drain, flush, and refill hydraulic system oil

Replace hydraulic system return filters

Clean hydraulic pump case drain in-line screens

Clean hydraulic system fill strainer

Check driveline damper (Every 5000 Hours)

Drain and refill cooling system (Every 6000 Hours)

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance
