Electrical Vehicle - By owner or trained technician

Check/fill transaxle to plug level - 22 oz (0.67 L) SAE 30 WT. API Class SE, SF, or SG Oil (or higher)

Inspect front wheel bearings (Repack as necessary) - Chassis Lube – EP NLGI Grade 2.

Gasoline Vehicle - By owner or trained technician

Check/fill unitized transaxle to plug level - 27 oz (0.8 L) 80-90 WT. API Class GL-3 or 80-90 WT. AGMA Class EP Gear Lube

Inspect front wheel bearings (Repack as necessary) - Chassis Lube – EP NLGI Grade 2.

Sign off on the vehicle lubrication

- Electrical Vehicle - By owner or trained technician

Batteries - Wash battery tops and clean terminals with baking soda/water solution.

Tires - Check air pressure and adjust if necessary.

General vehicle - Wash battery compartment and underside of vehicle.

- Gasoline Vehicle - By owner or trained technician

Engine - Check engine oil level, change if necessary.

1. Remove the oil level dipstick from the oil filler tube, and wipe oil off dipstick.

• Do not remove dipstick while engine is running.

- Electrical Vehicle - By owner or trained technician

1) Brake pedal shaft bearings - Dry Moly Lube

2) Brake linkage and pivots - Dry Moly Lube

3) Accelerator pivot rod supports - Dry Moly Lube

4) Charger Receptacle (if equipped) - WD-40®

5) Brake slides (Front* and rear for 4-wheel brake vehicles; rear for 2-wheel brake vehicles) - Dry Moly Lube

6) Front suspension (2 or 5 fittings, depending on model year) - Chassis Lube – EP NLGI Grade 2.

- Gasoline Vehicle - By owner or trained technician

Turn the key switch to the OFF position, then remove the key. Place the Forward/Reverse handle in the neutral POSITION. Chock the front wheels.

Disconnect battery and spark plug wire(s).

Position a pan designed for oil changes under the front drain plug.

Use a 14 mm socket or wrench to remove the drain plug, turning it counterclockwise, and allow the engine oil to drain into the pan.

WARNING: Do not attempt to change engine oil when the engine is hot or even warm. Engine oil can cause skin burns. Wear safety glasses or approved eye protection when servicing the vehicle. Wear rubber gloves when handling oil drain plug, oil filter, and oil drain pan.

Clean the oil drain plug threads with solvent to remove oil and oil residue. Make sure that the compression washer remains on the drain plug.

Use a 14 mm socket or wrench and replace the front oil drain plug, turning it clockwise, and tighten to 18 ft-lb (24.4 N·m).

Relocate the oil drain pan to a position under the engine oil filter.
