Clean Battery and Cable Terminals

Adjust valve as required on Mazda 2.0L and 2.2L Engines (gas/LPG)

Intake 0.15 mm (0.006 in.) Cold

Exhaust 0.35 mm (0.014 in.)Cold

Adjust valve as required on Yanmar 2.6L and 3.3L Diesel Engines

Intake 0.20 mm (0.008 in.) Cold

Adjust timing as required on Mazda 2.0L and 2.2L Engines (gas/LPG)

Change LPG fuel filter on Mazda 2.0L and 2.2L Engines (2007 Emission Compliant Engines Only)

Replace as Necessary Safety Labels

Check Condition and Lubrication of Mast, Carriage, Header Hoses, Lift Chains and Attachment

Check Condition and Operation of Seat belt, Hip Restraints and Seat Rails

Check Condition and Operation of Hood and Seat Latches

Remove Combustible Materials from Engine Compartment

Check Condition of the Paper Application; Engine Compartment; Truck Components; Exhaust Wraps; Radiator; Radiator Screen, if equipped; Belly Pan, if equipped

Check for Leaks. Fuel, Oil and Water

Check Condition of the Hydraulic Hoses

Change Hydraulic Oil S40-70FT, S55FTS (F187), 30.1 liter, (31.8 qt) ISO VG 46 Hydraulic Oil -15 °C (5 °F) and above

Change Hydraulic Oil S40-70FT, S55FTS (F187), 39.8 liter, (31.8 qt) ISO VG 46 Hydraulic Oil -15 °C (5 °F) and above

NOTE16: Hydraulic oil sampling and analysis is a recommended practice. See Hydraulic Cleanliness Procedures 1900 SRM 1620 for oil cleanliness and water content guidelines. For lift trucks operating in heavy duty applications or highly contaminated environments, take oil samples every 500 hours

Normal operating conditions may allow for less frequent oil sampling. Oil sampling should be done just prior to all oil and filter changes

Check Oxygen Sensor. Check indicator light

Change LPG fuel regulator filter for Mazda 2.0L and 2.2L Engines (Except 2007 Emission Compliant Engines)

Change fuel filter for Mazda 2.0L and 2.2L Engines (Except 2007 Emission Compliant Engines) and GM 2.4L Engines (gas)

Check Fuel injector of GM 2.4L Engines (gas/lpg). 4 injectors

Check Fuel injector of Yanmar 2.6L and 3.3L Engines (Diesel) 4 injectors
