Warning: Ensure the air pressure is OFF before starting the procedure.

Disassemble and clean the small filter at end of lubricator (left side of machine)

Replace the gearbox oil. Drain the oil from the bottom of the gearbox.

Remove inspection cover beneath spindle head.

Add oil slowly from top until oil begins dripping from overflow tube at bottom of sump tank.

Check oil filter and clean out residue at bottom of filter.

Sign off on the yearly maintenance

Inspect way covers for proper operation

Grease the Geneva wheel star and guide rails of the tool changer

Sign off on the monthly maintenance

Coolant tank cleaned and coolant replaced?

All hoses and lubrication lines checked for cracking?

Is drawbar height more than .010\ out of spec?"

Was the coolant tip replaced if drawbar height was out of spec?

Sign off on the 6 monthly maintenance

Way lube lubrication tank level

Way covers and bottom pan cleaned from chips

Tool changer cleaned from chips

Spindle taper wiped and light oil applied

Oil dripping from overflow tube at bottom of sump tank?

Check Through the Spindle Coolant (TSC) filters

Automatic dump air line's water trap operating properly?

On machines with the TSC option, clean the chip basket on the coolant tank

Coolant tank cleaned and sediment removed?

Check air gauge/regulator for 85 psi

For machines with the TSC option, place a dab of grease on the V-flange of tools

Aluminum air filters on control heat exchanger and at top of spindle motor checked?
