Follow the steps in order to maintain the Vertical Machining Center

Auxiliary Filter: Replaced the filter bag?

Auxiliary Filter: Gauge reading

Standard Flood Coolant System: Cleaned the filter screen?

Spindle: Cleaned and lubricated the spindle taper?

Tooling: Greased the pull studs?

Sign off on the Vertical Machining Center Maintenance

1) Automatic Tool Changer - SMTC: Clean the chips from the tool changer.

2) Pneumatics: Inspect the spindle air regulator pressure.

3) Standard Flood Coolant System:

- Inspect the coolant concentration.;

- Replace the A-Axis counterbalance cylinder.;

Axis Lubrication: Inspect grease reservoir level.

Electrical Cabinet: Clean vector drive air vents / filter.

Enclosure: Inspect way covers and lubricate.

Spindle Lubrication: Inspect lubrication tank level.

Sign off on the monthly maintenance

1) Automatic Tool Changer - SMTC: Grease the tool changer cams.

2) Minimum Quantity Lubrication: Clean the filter inside the oil reservoir.

3) Pneumatics: Clean the Air Purge Solenoid.

4) Rotary Axes: Inspect the oil.

5) Spindle: Check the spindle drawbar force.;
